How this devlog works — and how you can shape the game
What to expect from these updates, and how the new feedback board turns your ideas into part of the roadmap.
Two weeks in, here’s how we plan to run this devlog and how you can take part.
What we’ll post
Expect a mix of progress reports, engine deep-dives and design notes. We’ll post when there’s something worth showing rather than on a fixed calendar. Every post is dated, and old posts stay up, so the log becomes an honest record of how the game came together.
The feedback board
The new feedback board is where you can:
- Suggest features, mechanics or engine topics you’d like us to explore.
- Vote on other people’s suggestions, so we can see what matters most.
- Follow each idea’s status: under consideration, planned, in progress, shipped or not planned.
New suggestions are reviewed by a person before they appear publicly. That keeps the board useful and free of spam. Voting doesn’t need an account. When ReaTech accounts arrive later, the board will move over to them.
Popular doesn’t automatically mean planned, though. Some great ideas won’t fit the game’s design or the engine’s constraints, and when that’s the case we’ll try to say why.
Stay in the loop
The easiest way to follow along is the mailing list, and there’s also an RSS feed if that’s your thing. When closed playtests open, subscribers will hear first.
